If the connection between the car and the app is interrupted, making it no longer possible to control functions like door locking and pre-heating of the cabin from your phone, you can restore it by following the instructions in this video. The video can be used as a help if the connection between the Aiways app on your phone and the car has been lost. If there are still issues, contact customer service by email: info@aiways.dk. Briefly describe the problem. Remember to provide the car's VIN number (located at the bottom of the windshield on the car's left side) as well as the email address and whether you are using an Android or iPhone.
